Commercial Snow Removal

RemarkaPave clears commercial parking lots, drive lanes, fire lanes, and entrances across Ponca City, Kay County, and Bartlesville. Seasonal contracts run on a set trigger depth at a fixed rate you can budget; per-push is billed by the visit. Contract properties get priority in the queue during a storm.

Seasonal contract or per-push — free written quote

Every job gets a free written quote with materials and labor broken out. Job minimum: $600 — small services bundle into a visit so nothing goes to waste.

What's included

  • Parking lot plowing — drive lanes, stalls & fire lanes
  • Entrance, sidewalk & building-approach clearing
  • Ice management — pre-treatment and post-storm de-icing
  • Snow stacking that keeps stalls and drains usable at melt
  • ADA stalls and access aisles cleared, not buried
  • Seasonal contracts with a defined trigger depth, or per-push

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer seasonal contracts or per-push?

Both. A seasonal contract sets a trigger depth — commonly two inches — and we show up automatically whenever it is met, at a fixed rate you can budget. Per-push is billed by the visit and suits properties that only need clearing for a specific event or occupancy. Contract customers get priority in the queue.

Will plowing damage my striping or wheel stops?

It is a real risk, and the main reason to use a contractor who knows the lot. Blades catch wheel stops, scrape paint, and chip curbs. Because we lay out and stripe these lots, we know where the wheel stops, ADA aisles, drains, and patched areas are before the first pass — and anything that does get scuffed gets corrected at the spring re-stripe instead of becoming a separate repair bill.

How fast do you respond after a storm?

Contract properties are on a route and get cleared in priority order, usually before opening hours. Per-push calls are scheduled after contract routes finish. In a major Oklahoma ice event every contractor in the state is oversubscribed — which is the honest argument for having a contract rather than a phone number.

Do you handle ice, or just snow?

Both. Pre-treating ahead of a forecast storm keeps ice from bonding to the pavement and makes clearing faster. Post-storm de-icing handles refreeze on shaded approaches and north-facing entrances — which is where most slip-and-fall exposure actually sits.

Where do you plow?

Ponca City, Newkirk, Tonkawa, Blackwell, and Bartlesville are the core snow-service area. Tulsa-metro properties are taken case by case depending on route capacity — call and ask before the season starts rather than during a storm.
